The company: The client is one of the leading independent investment banks globally with the HQ in New York. They focus on financial consultancy regarding restructuring, acquisitions, financing and capital raising. The team in Frankfurt of ca. 10 employees is looking to hire a Team-Assistant to support daily secretary tasks.
Tasks
Diary management and scheduling appointments
Travel management
Maintaining and managing ongoing office operations
Reception
Organizing meetings and events, setting up the rooms
Local IT support (no pre-knowledge needed)
Admin support in recruitment
Organizing team-related events and activities
Ordering and overseeing office supplies
Requirements
University degree or completed professional training
Professional experience in a related position, preferred within the banking or consultancy field (not a must)
Fluent in German and English
High attention to detail, great organizational and communication skills
