To strengthen our European-wide sales organization (EMEA) in Kirchheim near Munich, we are looking for employment as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Qualified processing of customer inquiries in writing and by telephone

  • Proactive new customer research and acquisition

  • Independent support of assigned key accounts and OEMs

  • Support of distributors/partners in the EMEA region

  • Solution development and proposal preparation

  • Interface between customers, local sales management and specialist departments at headquarters in China, Japan, Southeast Asia

  • CRM management, sales forecasting and price calculations

  • Regular participation in morning, sales and overseas meetings

  • Occasional business trips to German and international key accounts, OEM's and distributors

  • Self-driven support of the growth strategy

  • Technical support in cooperation with the service department

  • Other qualified administrative functions


Your profile:

  • Completed commercial/technical apprenticeship or relevant studies

  • 5-7 years of experience in a professional sales environment (industry knowledge in the field of vacuum technology is a plus)

  • Analytical competence, solution-oriented, self-motivation and distinct technical understanding

  • fluent English and Mandarin in written and spoken, German would be an advantage

  • Proficient handling of MS Office programs (advanced knowledge of Excel); knowledge of Microsoft AX and CRM tools is an advantage

  • Willingness to take on responsibility and further training

  • Knowledge of (online-)marketing and website management is a plus
