The company:
Our client is a leading consultative technology solutions provider with 19 locations and a wide range of expertise. For their international legal team, we are looking for a qualified lawyer with fluent English and German skills. You will support region and global compliance as a partner and legal advisor. The Legal team in Europe works very closely with the commercial team and plays a crucial role in keeping the business compliant given the expertise on contracts surrounding the staffing industry.
Your Tasks:
Review, draft, negotiate contracts and nondisclosure agreements with clients, suppliers and partners in various jurisdictions in Europe
Contract management and administration
Application for work permits for candidates working in Switzerland; application for and renewal of country-specific licenses
Dealing with litigation matters and working with external counsel where necessary
Continuous development of terms of business in line with changing legislation
Legal research, identification of contract and business issues and risks
Responding to emails within the legal department
Support HR and Finance teams on legal matters
Taking over new projects, developing of new commercial plans for the various business units
Your Profile:
German legal degree
Knowledge of the German labor law highly desired
2+ years of related professional work experience (legal or compliance)
Fluent German and English skills
Strong communication, organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
