HR Assistant (m/f/d) Eschborn (Frankfurt am Main) Full-time

On behalf of a renowned international chemistry enterprise located in Eschborn (Frankfurt am Main) we are looking for a motivated junior candidate to join the HR Team in full-time. The company has an international work environment with offices in major European cities as well as in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates and the HQ in Seoul.
Tasks
Managing the internal hiring process for all open roles in a corporation with external recruiters (publishing job advertisements, conducting interviews etc.)
Communication and cooperation with the works council
Administration and support of employees (on- and off-boarding, managing personnel files as well as the data bank and management by objectives in SAP of all offices)
Administration of working time including sick leaves and other absences
Preparation of the monthly payroll and social security topics
Support of Korean expatriates (e.g. visa processes)
Creating HR-related certifications and documents
Research on labor law topics and creation of employment contracts with support of external lawyers
Requirements
Initial professional experience in HR (internships, working student roles or similar)
Completed university degree (preferably in HR)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and work in a structured manner
Fluent German and English (written & spoken) skills
