Tasks
Handling damage client damage reports by entering important data in various systems
Contacting clients via phone and email for impairment follow-ups and precautions
Managing and prioritizing large email volumes
Supporting Engineers and Customer Service Consultants by preparing data for them.
Data entry and maintenance
Requirements
Technical affinity is highly desired, ability to work with large amounts of data is a must
Fluency in English and Italian and/or French
Solution-oriented work approach
Structured work style with attention to detail and strong customer orientation
