The client is a multinational American insurance company that specializes in loss prevention services primarily to large corporations. They have offices worldwide with a large, international office in the city center of Frankfurt.   • Handling damage client damage reports by entering important data in various systems

  • Contacting clients via phone and email for impairment follow-ups and precautions

  • Managing and prioritizing large email volumes

  • Supporting Engineers and Customer Service Consultants by preparing data for them.

  • Data entry and maintenance


  • Technical affinity is highly desired, ability to work with large amounts of data is a must

  • Fluency in English and Italian and/or French

  • Solution-oriented work approach

  • Structured work style with attention to detail and strong customer orientation
