Buyer – Electronics & Mechanics (m/f/d) Berlin - Full-time
The client is a global medical technology company with branches in over 15 countries, 5000+ employees globally, specializing in the manufacture and sale of diagnostic products in the field of health and beauty medicine. The current team of buyers is growing and therefore looking to hire support staff for daily operations (ERP, purchase orders, invoicing).
Tasks
Implement daily procurement activities to ensure deliveries are conducted on-time
Manage day-to-day correspondence and coordination with various suppliers
Report to the Manager of the site
Place purchase orders to the suppliers according to the supply planning
Coordinate and organize deliveries
Manage and administrate invoicing
Requirements
Professional training – preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain, Management
Excellent written and spoken German & English language skills
Hands-on and pro-active approach to work, eagerness to learn and adapt
Experience with using ERP systems e.g. Oracle / SAP and Planning forecasting software’s highly desired (not a must)
