Business Support Associate (m/w/x) Eschborn (Frankfurt am Main) Full-time – 38.5 hour week Limited contract
On behalf of a renowned Korean chemistry enterprise located in Eschborn (Frankfurt am Main), we are looking for a junior executive with an initial experience in Customer Support, Administration and Logistics. The company has international office locations with an HQ in Seoul. With global-scale production facilities, the main function of the company is the engineering, distribution and marketing of specific plastic materials used for various purposes.
Tasks
Close cooperation with the internal sales and logistics team
Handling client inquiries internally and externally regarding production and logistics projects
Monitoring and controlling logistics and production processes of the plants in Europe and Korea
KPI reporting
Maintaining and updating administrative customer information (ERP)
Processing of orders: receipts, invoicing, monitoring of payments and opening of claims in the SAP system
Supporting domestic and international distributor network
Requirements
Completed commercial training, Bachelor's degree or equivalent training
Professional experiences in Customer Service, Administration, Team-Assistance, Sales, Logistics or skills related to Korean business
You have excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with business partners and clients
You are fluent in English and German or/and Korean
Knowledge of MS Office + SAP / ERP Systems is nice to have
