Operations Administrator (m/f/d)

The company is a leading recruitment-consultative technology solutions provider that focuses on IT Services, Staffing, Education & Training areas in their 25 international office locations. For the team in Frankfurt, we are searching for a motivated candidate with fluent English and German skills to support the sales teams in areas that include contracts, data maintenance, support of the client invoicing process and overall administrative support.
Responsibilities
General operations support including deal data maintenance, vendor and client data updates in Salesforce
Raising account receivable / account payable invoices
Administration of candidate timesheets and client invoices
Following up on purchase orders and updating them in Salesforce
Onboarding of candidates
Ad Hoc admin work. (post, filling etc)
Incoming and outgoing emails, keep the admin inbox organized at all times
Working with the sales associates to ensure all contract administration is done within a timely manner
Your Profile
Professional experience in the Administrative field, Business & Customer Support, Office Management or similar
You have strong attention to detail
Excellent German and fluent English skills (written & spoken)
Ability to work with spreadsheets, invoices, numbers and data
Great organizational as well as interpersonal skills
