The client is a multinational information technology company with offices in over 46 different locations worldwide with the headquarter in Bangalore. They specialize in providing digital services and consultancy in the areas of cloud, digital marketing, data analytics, application development and maintenance, AI, blockchain etc.
Tasks
Manage all ongoing office operations. You are the main point of contact for housekeeping, technical team, external suppliers and vendors
You welcome and greet guests
You coordinate agendas, travel arrangements and general appointments
You manage queries from the internal staff members
You manage phone calls and correspondence
You provide staff members of proper working material and are the point of contact for any ongoing matters
Requirements
1-3 years of professional experience in Hospitality, Office Management, Administrative & Assistance or similar
Experience with MS Office and other systems
Energetic, hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills
Fluent English and German language skills
