The client is an international private equity and investment advisory firm with offices worldwide. For their Frankfurt team of ca. 10 members, we are looking for a motivated and pro-active Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to join from July. The role includes a broad range of organisational and administrative tasks to support Managing Directors and general office operations.
Responsibilities:
Diary management and scheduling appointments
Travel management
Intern Management (Interview scheduling, Job Ad organisation, on/offboarding, Certificate and contract management)
Maintaining and managing ongoing office operations
Reception and guest management
Processing expenses and invoices, overseeing of the internal budget
Organising team-related events and activities
Organizing meetings, events, setting up the rooms
Your profile:
University degree or completed professional training
Professional experience in a related position, preferred within the banking or consultancy field (not a must)
Fluent in German and English
High attention to detail, great organisational and communication skills
Hands-on work approach
