Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) Frankfurt am Main 7 months (maternity cover) 40h / week
The client is a leading global asset management company with the HQ in Los Angeles and further international offices across North America, Europe and Asia. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance for Junior professionals within the Frankfurt and Amsterdam offices. Strong MS Office skills and fluency in German and English language is essential.
Tasks
Provide administrative and executive assistance for the team of 9 professionals
Support teams in Frankfurt and Amsterdam
Liaise with staff, vendors and business partners
Coordinate agendas, travel arrangements and general appointments
Fill travel expenses
Manage phone calls and correspondence
Support meeting and conferencing needs
Requirements
1-3 years of professional experience as Team Assistant, Executive / Admin Assistant Hospitality, Office Coordinator or similar
Experience with MS Office and other systems
Energetic, hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills
Fluent English and German language skills
